  • Everything about this visit was so much better than ANY previous orthopedic visit. X-rays were taken immediately upon arrival. The tech was great. Minutes later I was led in to the doctors office by an excellent staff nurse who gathered all the info then a minute later I was seeing a super qualified PA. Not even a minute later Doctor Shah was in to see me. Great guy. In fact, everybody I dealt with was very nice and very personable. Doctor Shah quickly diagnosed my issue, explained it and prescribed the treatment which we did right there. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and everything was accomplished right then and there. When does that ever happen? Like never, until now.

  • Everyone was friendly and clear. I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes for anything which was great! They also made the process of getting a follow up MRI easy and the cost clear so that I could make the best informed decision.

  • It is a rare experience to be able to get in to see a specialist in such a short time frame (only 2 days after my accident!) and then to have him be so thorough in such a quick turn around. I was never in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. The staff are all super great and things move so quickly!

  • Dr. Shah is an excellent surgeon. He reattached my rotator cuff tendon and bicep tendon. I had little to no pain 5 days after my surgery and have recovered full range of motion. He’s just really good at his job and very pleasant to work with. He provided me with the information that I needed to insure a full recovery and I am very grateful.

  • I like going to Dr. Shah because he was patient with me, allowing me to ask questions. He answer all questions and did not leave until I felt at ease.

  • This was my first experience with Dr. Shah and compared to my recent experience with another highly recommended Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Shah was far superior in every way. Dr. Shah was very polite, caring, and extremely knowledgeable about my knee problem, as well as not quick to recommend surgery. Dr. Shah is a credit to this profession.

  • Dr Shah was very professional, had good credentials and experience and very Patient oriented. Dr Shah speaks to you and not down to you explaining what you need to know and can expect! He did my Rotator Cuff repair and my recovery 7 weeks in has been virtually pain free! I’m starting the next phase now; range of motion rehab.

  • Dr. Shah's and his staff were courteous and professional, but most of all on time. My wait time in the lobby was just a few minutes. I saw both Dr. Shah and his PA in a timely manner as well after being called back into the exam room. So far they are on point with diagnosis and faxed over the script for the Physical Therapy immediately. As soon as my shoulder/arm heals from the cortisone shot, I will be able to start treatment!! I definitely recommend Dr. Shah based on his professionalism, great bed-side manner and knowledge of his medical specialty. He is not quick to jump to surgery!!

  • Dr Anup Shah did a complete Right Total Shoulder Arthroplasty and Right Shoulder Bicep surgery on me on Dec 1, 2020. I had previously had torn rotator cuff surgery on that shoulder about 25 years ago and over the years arthritis set in and the pain became unbearable. I had a consult with him and he explained everything and I decided to have surgery. It was very painful but after physical therapy things were better and now I have no pain and have full range of my shoulder which I haven't had for years! He's a wonderful and caring surgeon and I'm very proud that he was the one I selected! Also you must go the full time to your physical therapy visits. That made all the difference! He is no longer with Kelsey Seybold, and I wish him well wherever he goes!
